Reservations and Payments
- Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.
- A valid credit card or payment method is required to secure a reservation.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. This will be specified at the time of reservation.
Use of Accommodation
- The accommodation is provided for residential purposes only.
- Students must not engage in any illegal activity or disturb other guests.
- The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the reservation.
Student Responsibilities
- Students are responsible for keeping the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.
- Students must report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.
- Students will be held liable for any damage to the property caused during their stay.
- Respect for other students and quiet hours must be maintained.
Liability
- Gradding Homes is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Gradding Homes is not responsible for any injury or accident that occurs during the student's stay.
- Students must ensure their personal safety and security at all times.
Pets
- Pets are allowed only with prior approval and may be subject to additional fees and conditions.
- Students must ensure pets do not cause damage or disturb other guests.
Privacy Policy
- The service provider respects students' privacy and will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Code of Conduct
- Students must adhere to the institution's code of conduct and housing policies.
- Any violation of these policies may result in disciplinary action, including termination of accommodation services.
Terms and Conditions for Refund
1. Eligibility for Refund - Refunds are granted strictly under the following circumstances:
- Inability to provide property options: If we fail to present suitable accommodation options as per your preferences.
- Visa application denial: If your visa application is rejected, you can submit official documentation verifying the rejection.
- Exceptional circumstances: Any other unforeseen and verifiable events that prevent us from delivering the agreed services.
2. Non-Eligibility for Refund - Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- Utilizationof alternative services: If you choose to arrange accommodation through other sources, such as friends, acquaintances, or external service providers, after we have presented you with suitable options.
- Failure to notify: If you fail to communicate your decision to decline our services within the agreed-upon time frame stipulated in the initial agreement.
- Delayed responses: If you fail to provide timely responses to the shared property options from our end without any prior notice.
3. Future Service Credit - In cases where you secure accommodation independently and do not utilize our services despite receiving options from us, the service charges will not be refunded. However, the service charges will be retained as a credit for any future services you may require from us within one year from the date of the original agreement.
