my tenancy at 42 Brazil Street LE2 7JA with tenancy starting from 1st August 2024. I am happy if needs be to 1-2 weeks worth of rent. Payments for rent are done in 3. I have already paid rent for the month of August (holding deposit) and the security deposit which will total to around £600 and I am happy to let this money go.
