Hi!We have a large double room available in

our lovely 4 bed home available for people aged 25-50.Full or part furnished available. Spacious clean kitchen, peaceful and quiet garden, shared living/dining area all usual amenities. Bills including council tax come in at around £120 per person per month, so ~£665 all in. We are looking for two other housemates to lodge in our well-kept home.We are a friendly and yet quiet household, and often spend time at our respective partner’s places. When we are home, we like to cook together or hang out when we have the time. We are music lovers and occasionally mix or play records together during sociable hours.We keep the communal areas clean and tidy and would like to share the space with others who value this.The house would suit professionals or mature post grad students. We are both returning to studies ourselves and will be focused on this for the majority of the let.Rooms furnished (bed, desk & wardrobe)-although not necessarily the ones in photos
