I am looking to find a new housemates to rent the vacant room in my property. A good sized room situated on the 1st floor and available immediately.All bills included, inc council tax.The room has a very high spec tiled private en-suite situated in the room, with vanity and toilet. Ideal for the professional who wants to have their own space to themselves only. The room was carpeted a year ago and comes fully furnished with the following.Full size Double BedChest of drawersDouble wardrobe I’ve had the house for over 2 years, sharing with two housemates who I would consider friends. Looking to add to the house with like minded other people! As the owner I like the house to be tidy and so we are on top of keeping the house clean for everyone else’s benefit.On the ground floor there is a large sitting room with a 4k 50” TV (soon to be wall mounted) fast Fibre Optic WiFI. The separate Kitchen has plenty of storage, there is an island with 5 ring Gas hob and integrated oven. There is a breakfast bar and Kitchen table. We have a basement with 2 double fridge freezers, 2 washing machines and a dryer.We are a friendly bunch, looking for someone who is tidy, social yet is respectful of others privacy. We are all working professionals 9-5 in leeds so ideally looking for someone similar. Would love to have you come and see the room, home and us! Located a short walk away from cardigan fields which has two supermarkets and two gyms including a great bus network to get in and out of leeds centre or out to leeds Bradford airport etc. Also a short work from burley park train station first stop from leeds train station. The house is an end through terrace with a large front garden meaning we have good privacy and there is only one house next door who are quiet and similar to us.
